Painters Greenslopes

Greenslopes was largely built out before the Second World War, and pre-war character homes still define much of it. Queenslanders and post-war cottages sit alongside modest brick homes, with walk-up apartments and townhouses increasingly filling the gaps. The streets are hilly, and Council's character controls apply across much of the older housing.
