S2F Painting provides painting services for strata and body corporate properties across Brisbane. Projects may range from smaller unit and apartment complexes to larger multi-building properties, with each one assessed according to its scope, access, staffing, scheduling and other project requirements.
Where included in the project scope, painting can cover internal common areas such as foyers, corridors, stairwells and shared facilities, as well as exterior walls, eaves, fences and other painted common-property surfaces.
Where a property remains occupied, works can be planned in practical stages around resident access, shared areas and the agreed project requirements. Areas or sections can be sequenced progressively where appropriate.
We can work directly with strata and body corporate managers, building managers and committees to review the painting scope, prepare a detailed quotation, agree on scheduling and provide progress communication during the project.
S2F Painting can provide one-off repainting projects or ongoing maintenance painting programs, allowing painted areas to be maintained progressively where that suits the property's requirements.
Some strata projects may require additional access arrangements. Scaffolding, EWPs or other appropriate access equipment can be considered where required, subject to a site assessment, the project requirements and appropriate arrangements.
